Exercise 1 — Data Analysis
Python is the #1 language for data science. Companies use it to analyze sales, predict trends, detect fraud, and even discover new medicines. Three key libraries: - NumPy — fast math and arrays - Pandas — data tables (like Excel but way more powerful) - Matplotlib — charts and graphs
Exercise 2 — Automation
One of Python's superpowers is automation. Rename 1000 files, send emails automatically, scrape data from websites, organize your folders — Python can do it all. Key tools: - `os` and `shutil` — file and folder management - `requests` + `BeautifulSoup` — web scraping - `selenium` — browser automation - `schedule` — run tasks at specific times
Exercise 3 — Where to start?
Data is everywhere. Learning to read it and extract meaning from it is one of the most valuable skills you can have. Start with Pandas and a dataset from Kaggle.com!
